Offshore Landing Permit

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) developed the Recreational Offshore Landings Permit Program (ROLP) to better quantify and characterize the charter and recreational fishermen that fish beyond Louisiana’s territorial waters.
